Making the Chocolat Chaud

  1. 1In a medium saucepan, whisk together the coconut milk, cocoa powder, and salt over medium heat until the cocoa powder is fully dissolved.
  2. 2Add the chopped dark chocolate to the saucepan. Stir continuously until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
  3. 3Continue to cook, stirring frequently, for about 5-7 minutes, or until the chocolat chaud has thickened slightly to your desired consistency. Do not boil.
