Remove chicken from skillet and let it rest on a cutting board for 5 minutes before slicing it into thin strips.

  2. 2Lay a warm tortilla flat. Spread a generous amount of Caesar dressing in the center, leaving about an inch clear around the edges. Top with a quarter of the sliced chicken, then a quarter of the chopped romaine lettuce, and finally a quarter of the shaved Parmesan cheese.
