Ingredients

Fruit & Flavor Base

  • 600g watermelon flesh(seedless, rind removed)
  • 60ml fresh lemon juice(about 2 lemons)

Sweetener

  • 60ml simple syrup(prepared or store-bought; adjust sweetness to taste)

Fizz & Chill

  • 800ml sparkling water(chilled)

Garnish & Serve

  • 8 pcs fresh mint leaves
  • 4 pcs lemon wedges

Ice

  • 4 cup ice cubes

Instructions

Fruit Prep

  1. If needed, cut watermelon into chunks and remove seeds; use about 600 g of flesh.
  2. Place watermelon flesh in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Optional: strain through a fine sieve into a pitcher to remove pulp, yielding clear juice.

Mix & Sweeten

  1. Stir in lemon juice and simple syrup until well combined.
  2. Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity if desired.

Fizz & Assemble

  1. Just before serving, slowly add sparkling water and stir gently to preserve fizz.
  2. Fill glasses with ice and ladle lemonade over ice.

Tips

  • Chill all ingredients in advance for an extra refreshing drink.
  • Adjust lemon or syrup to taste; add a few mint sprigs for aroma.
