Ingredients

Base & Flavor Liquids

  • 60ml pomegranate juice
  • 60ml lychee juice
  • 15ml vodka(low-alcohol option)
  • 10ml simple syrup(adjust to sweetness)

Top Layer

  • 60ml sparkling water / club soda(top layer to add fizz and lightness)

Ice & Serving

  • crushed ice(fill glass generously)

Garnish

  • 1 pc lychee fruit (canned)(drained)
  • 1 pc fresh mint(optional)

Instructions

Layer & Serve

  1. Chill a tall glass and all liquids (or run under cold water) to keep layers distinct.
  2. In a shaker, combine pomegranate juice, lychee juice, vodka, and simple syrup with crushed ice; shake briefly to chill.
  3. Strain the mix into the prepared glass filled with crushed ice.
  4. Slowly top with sparkling water, pouring over the back of a spoon to create a distinct upper layer.
  5. Garnish with a lychee (drained) and a mint leaf; serve immediately.

Tips

  • Chill all liquids and the glass ahead of time to help layer separation.
