  • 118 2/7ml mango pulp(about 120 grams)
  • 2 pcs lemon(juice of)
  • 22 1/6ml tequila(20 ml)
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • ice
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Peel the mango and freeze for 6 hours.
  2. Squeeze the juice from the lemons.
  3. Add sugar to the lemon juice and stir until dissolved.
  4. In a blender, combine the mango, lemon juice, tequila, and ice; blend for 1 minute until smooth.
  5. Moisten the rim of the glass with lemon juice.
  6. Spread salt on a plate, turn the glass upside down, and twist to coat the rim with salt.
  7. Pour the mixture into the glass and enjoy.

Tips

  • Freeze peeled mango pieces for at least 6 hours to get a thick frozen pulp.
  • Blend on high for about 1 minute until completely smooth with no mango pieces left.
  • Moisten and salt the glass rim, pour the margarita and serve immediately while cold.
