Ingredients
- 8oz halloumi cheese(sliced into 1cm thick pieces)
- 4 pcs pita bread(warmed)
- 1 cup roasted red peppers(sliced)
- 2 cup mixed salad greens
Dill Sauce
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt(full-fat recommended)
- 2 tbsp fresh dill(chopped)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic(minced)

- black pepper(to taste)
Instructions
Prepare the Dill Sauce

Cook the Halloumi
