- 1 cup buckwheat groats(cooked)
- 7oz mushrooms(finely chopped)

- 1/4 cup fresh dill(chopped)
- 1 pc egg(beaten)
- 2 tbsp flour(plus more for coating)

Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked buckwheat groats, finely chopped mushrooms, finely chopped onion, chopped fresh dill, beaten egg, 2 tbsp flour, salt, and pepper.

- Form the mixture into small patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter. Lightly coat each patty in flour.
Cooking
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Carefully place the grechanyky patties into the hot skillet, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan.
- Fry for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy. Adjust heat as needed to prevent burning.
- Remove the cooked grechanyky from the skillet and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
