- 1 tsp paprika(Smoked)

- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a 12-cup muffin tin.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, diced chorizo, chopped jalapeño, grated cheddar cheese, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs.
- Add the finely chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika to the mixture.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly by hand until well combined. Be careful not to overmix, which can make the leberkäse tough.
Baking
- Divide the mixture evenly among the prepared muffin cups, pressing it down gently.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until the Leberkäse muffins are golden brown and cooked through. A meat thermometer inserted into the center should register 71°C (160°F).
- Let the muffins cool in the tin for a few minutes before carefully removing them.
