Prepare the Bread

Make the Filling

  1. 1In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, picked crab meat, chopped smoked salmon, chopped dill, lemon juice, mayonnaise, and black pepper.
  2. 2Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Assemble the Smörgåstårta

  1. 1Spread half of the seafood filling evenly over the first layer of bread.
  2. 2Add another layer of bread slices on top of the filling.
