Instructions
Prepare Shrimp Scampi
- 1Pat shrimp dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
- 2In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes (if using) and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Do not brown.

Assemble & Bake Pizza
