Instructions

Patty preparation

  1. 1Roast the sweet potatoes until tender, then scoop into a large bowl and mash until smooth with a few small chunks remaining.
  2. 2Rinse and lightly mash the lentils; add to the potatoes along with oats, walnuts, and minced garlic.

Shape and chill

Cook Patties
