  • 2 pcs garlic cloves(peeled)
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts(lightly toasted)
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese(grated)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil(extra virgin)
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

Pesto Genovese

  1. In the bowl of a food processor, combine the fresh basil leaves, peeled garlic cloves, and lightly toasted pine nuts.
  2. Pulse several times until the ingredients are coarsely chopped.
  3. Add the grated parmesan cheese and salt to the food processor.
