Garnishes

  • 2 pcs scallions(thinly sliced)

Instructions

Prepare Noodles and Meat

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to prevent sticking.

Make the Sauce

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, peanut butter, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger until smooth.

Assemble Noodles

  1. Add the cooked noodles and the sauce to the skillet with the cooked pork. Toss well to coat everything evenly.
  2. Divide the noodles and pork mixture between two serving bowls.
  3. Garnish with sliced scallions, crushed peanuts (if using), and fresh cilantro.

Tips

  • For extra flavor, toast the peanuts before crushing them for topping. This adds a nice crunch and aroma.
  • Serve immediately to enjoy the textures and prevent noodles from becoming clumpy. Add a drizzle of chili oil if you like it spicier.
  • Prepare the sauce ingredients in advance for even quicker assembly during the weeknight rush.
