Instructions

Prepare Noodles and Meat

  1. 1Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to prevent sticking.
  2. 2While noodles cook, heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add ground pork and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through. Drain off excess fat.

Make the Sauce

  1. 1In a small bowl, whisk together chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, peanut butter, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger until smooth.

Assemble Noodles

  1. 1Add the cooked noodles and the sauce to the skillet with the cooked pork. Toss well to coat everything evenly.
  2. 2Divide the noodles and pork mixture between two serving bowls.
  3. 3Garnish with sliced scallions, crushed peanuts (if using), and fresh cilantro.
