Meat
- 8oz ground pork(or ground chicken/beef)
Sauce
- 3 tbsp chili garlic sauce
- 3 tbsp soy sauce(or tamari)
- 2 tbsp peanut butter(creamy)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp garlic(minced)
- 1 tsp ginger(freshly grated)
Garnishes
- 2 pcs scallions(thinly sliced)
- crushed peanuts(optional)
- cilantro(fresh, for garnish)
Instructions
Prepare Noodles and Meat
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to prevent sticking.
- While noodles cook, heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add ground pork and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through. Drain off excess fat.
Make the Sauce
- In a small bowl, whisk together chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, peanut butter, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger until smooth.
Assemble Noodles
- Add the cooked noodles and the sauce to the skillet with the cooked pork. Toss well to coat everything evenly.
- Divide the noodles and pork mixture between two serving bowls.
- Garnish with sliced scallions, crushed peanuts (if using), and fresh cilantro.
