Instructions
Brew Preparation
- 1Heat olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
- 2Add the turkey thigh pieces and brown them on all sides. Remove the turkey and set aside.
- 3Add the sliced leeks to the pot and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
