- 2 cup whole milk
- 2 tbsp honey(or to taste)
- 1 tsp culinary lavender
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

- Combine the whole milk and culinary lavender in a small saucepan. Heat over medium-low heat until just simmering, being careful not to boil. Remove from heat.
- Let the lavender infuse in the warm milk for 5 minutes. Strain the milk through a fine-mesh sieve into a clean saucepan to remove the lavender buds. Discard the lavender.
- Add the finely chopped dark chocolate and honey to the strained lavender milk. Return to medium-low heat.
Cooking
- Whisk constantly until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth and slightly thickened. Do not boil.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
