- 7oz feta cheese(crumbled)
- 4oz greek yogurt(full fat)
- 1/2 pcs cucumber(finely diced)
- 1 pc tomato(very finely diced, seeds removed)
- 1/4 pcs red onion(very finely minced)
- 2 tbsp olive oil(extra virgin)
- 1 tsp oregano(dried)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- black pepper(freshly ground, to taste)

Preparation
- In a food processor, combine the crumbled feta cheese and Greek yogurt.
- Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Add the finely diced cucumber, tomato, minced red onion, extra virgin olive oil, dried oregano, and lemon juice to the food processor.
- Pulse a few times until the vegetables are incorporated but still have a slight texture; do not over-process into a puree.
- Season with freshly ground black pepper to taste. (Salt is usually not needed due to the feta's saltiness).
