- 1 cup unsalted butter(2 sticks, softened)
- 4 pcs garlic(cloves, minced)

- 1 pc shallots(small, finely minced)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper(freshly ground)
Instructions
Garlic Herb Butter
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened unsalted butter, minced garlic, finely chopped fresh parsley, minced shallots, dry white wine, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated and the butter is aromatic.
