- 1 cup dried peaches(rinsed)
- 8 cup water
- 1/2 cup honey(or to taste)
- 2 pcs orange peel(from 1 large orange, use a peeler to get wide strips)

Instructions
Making the Uzvar
- Combine the rinsed dried apricots, dried peaches, water, honey, orange peel, and lemon peel in a large pot.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let it simmer for 45 minutes.
- Remove the pot from the heat and let it steep, covered, for at least another 15-20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Strain the uzvar through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher, pressing gently on the fruit to extract more liquid. Discard the fruit and peels.
- Allow the strained uzvar to cool completely at room temperature.
- Once cooled, stir in the fresh mint leaves. For a stronger mint flavor, lightly muddle the mint before adding.
- Refrigerate the uzvar for at least 2-3 hours, or until thoroughly chilled.
Serving
- Fill glasses with ice cubes.
- Pour the chilled uzvar over the ice.
- Garnish each glass with a few fresh mint sprigs.
