- 3 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp belgian beer(such as a blonde ale or lager)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp garlic(minced)
- 1 tsp paprika(sweet paprika)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt(to taste)
- black pepper(freshly ground, to taste)
Instructions
Glaze Preparation
- In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, Belgian beer, honey, minced garlic, and paprika until well combined.
Chicken Preparation
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Brush the chicken thighs with olive oil.
Cooking
- Preheat your grill (or grill pan) to medium-high heat.
- Place the chicken thighs on the hot grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes per side, until they begin to brown.
