Ingredients
Mascarpone Cream
- 16oz mascarpone cheese(softened)
- 3 pcs eggs(yolks only, pasteurized recommended)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Berry & Limoncello Soak
- 1 cup espresso(cooled)
- 1/4 cup limoncello
- 2 cup mixed berries(fresh or frozen, slightly thawed)

- 24 pcs ladyfingers
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder(for dusting)
Instructions
Prepare Mascarpone Cream
- In a medium bowl, whisk together egg yolks and sugar until pale and slightly thickened.
- Add the softened mascarpone cheese and vanilla extract to the yolk mixture. Beat on low speed until just combined and smooth. Be careful not to overmix.
Prepare Berry Mixture
- In a shallow dish, combine the cooled espresso and limoncello.
- Gently fold the mixed berries into the mascarpone cream.
Assemble Tiramisu Cups
- Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the espresso-limoncello mixture, ensuring they don't become too soggy.
- Arrange a layer of dipped ladyfingers at the bottom of 8 individual serving glasses or cups.
- Spoon a layer of the berry mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat with another layer of ladyfingers and then the remaining cream.
- Cover the cups and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
- Just before serving, dust the top of each tiramisu cup with cocoa powder.
