  • 3 pcs eggs(yolks only, pasteurized recommended)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Berry & Limoncello Soak

  • 1/4 cup limoncello
  • 2 cup mixed berries(fresh or frozen, slightly thawed)

Assembly

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder(for dusting)

Instructions

Prepare Mascarpone Cream

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together egg yolks and sugar until pale and slightly thickened.

  2. Gently fold the mixed berries into the mascarpone cream.

Assemble Tiramisu Cups

  2. Arrange a layer of dipped ladyfingers at the bottom of 8 individual serving glasses or cups.
  3. Spoon a layer of the berry mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers.
  4. Repeat with another layer of ladyfingers and then the remaining cream.
  5. Cover the cups and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
  6. Just before serving, dust the top of each tiramisu cup with cocoa powder.

Tips

  • Ensure your mascarpone is at room temperature for a smoother, lump-free cream mixture.
  • For an extra touch, garnish with a few fresh berries or a mint sprig before dusting with cocoa.
  • If using frozen berries, thaw them slightly and drain any excess liquid before folding into the cream.
